Very bad organization schatted all over and some venues being really bad

Under the circumstances I felt that the tournament was very successful.
We had 3 children playing and there was a friendly and professional atmosphere.

It is really difficult to plan a weekend when the tournament is so unorganized. We had to book accommodation but we didn’t know until the evening before in which town the games will take place. Only to discover that the second day’s matches are in another town.
Secondly my son wanted to play doubles but the u/12 age group were playing at 3 different venues and parents weren’t allowed inside. Officials ( accept for Chantal Dreyer) were really unhelpful and we were extremely disappointed in the lack of care we received. Under these circumstances the officials could really have been more accommodating.
Officials at one venue also were 30 minutes late for matches on the Saturday.
Lastly, isn’t it all possible to give out an estimate of times and venues long before 8pm on the previous evenings? Officials know which players are taking part and which venues are going to be used a week before.
