The Mountain District Open is one of Victoria's oldest squash events and past winners show a virtual who's who of Australian Squash stars. Last year's champions were: Rex Hedrick and Christine Nunn.

The Mountain District Open is the first event on the Victorian Grand Prix Graded Squash Circuit so as well as the Open event there are division for players of all abilities down to novice.
