Annual General Meeting on Monday 4th November at 7:30pm

During this meeting there will be an overview of the state of the Club. But it is also a forum for members to bring up issues and also to elect the committee, which runs the club.

We need to have more people to help keep the club running as a volunteer or a committee member, so if you would like to get involved, please get in touch at and I can explain what is involved.

Remember that at the AGM any member can put their name forward for election to a post on the committee. Posts available are;

Club Chairman, Club Secretary, Club Treasurer, Club Membership Secretary and aide, Club Captain, Club Maintenance, Club Tournament Director.

ALL post are up for election every year. Just respond to this email if you want to get involved.

If you have anything (and I do mean anything!) that you want to bring up at the meeting then please respond to and I will add to the Agenda

It is a member run club, run by volunteers and therefore the more members that are involved, the less work anyone has to do!
