Our son played in the BS12 Gold draw. Some parents were making noise such as "let's go" and "well done" when their child's opponent made an unforced error and/or a double fault. Parents need to learn how to support their children without disrespecting the opponents. At our venue, the space behind the baseline was too small. This frustrated many players because one can win a point as long as hitting a lob shot continuously. The hosts & officials at the venue were very helpful and friendly. An information email was sent to the participants before the tournament, which was useful.
