The Army Reserve Squash Championships 2023 will be held between 18-19 Feb 23 at the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre. This instruction provides event and administrative details.

The event is open to all British Army Reserve personnel of all squash abilities. This is the second time that Army Reserve squash players have had the opportunity to compete as a Reserve community and will serve to identify individual levels, develop players ability and promote Army Reserve Squash going forward. The competition is physically demanding requiring players to participate in a competitive environment for several hours, over two days. Those with health concerns/injuries are to seek military medical advice prior to the course.
