Tournament to big for Andus to run. Colligiate fences to close to baseline and wind effect in PE a problem. Officials not up to questions of parents

Under 12's a great success, well organised, way better than the last TSA in Cape Town, well done... only some top kids that don't know how to behave on the court...

The draws came out very late. It is very convenient to blame the website, but with slightly better organisation the single draws for the next day can be started just after lunch and be published. If the doubles only show the next day or l ate, it makes no difference as doubles only start after 12. This will also take care of the congestion on the site.

This was probably the most poorly run tournament I've ever been at. On the first day when they did the mix draw they messed it up 4 times, we sat for hours and eventually were told to go home, everyday was something new. Some kids didn't even get prizes even though they played finals and no umpires for finals? That's just messed up

Too few courts. Officials at courts were too slow to get games on and didn't use all available courts. Consequently all games were hours late (except 1st round). System simply does not work. Revert to old system please. Weather interruption caused chaos because the system cannot be used to dynamically handle changes to times/venues/plans. not enough courts for U10s. Venue change was not communicated. We will not enter U10s again because too much variation in experience and not enough entrants. No umpires, not even for Finals! Shocking

Day 1 must be used to add doubles. Never know about weather. Linkside high terrible venue. Swimming pool paint surface. Toilets not neat. Only one gate to enter 6 courts causes constant distance of players. Courts open caused balls to constantly end up on other courts. All worse during wind. This venue will be the only reason why I would not want to return. Staff very helpful and friendly

Draws take to long to be published. Spent many ours at the courts without play. Couldn't leave, bacause nobody knew how the draws would change. Could have called mix off earlier. Rather want to know that you won't play at all than to spend the whole day at the court and then you still don't play. One of my kids had only two matches for the whole tournament because of backdraws and byes.
